ISONEM Sound Proofing Paint, the acoustic paint which is used to stop and reduce sounds, is designed to absorb and proof the sound in the best possible way. According to the measurement and analysis carried out in conformity with the TS 140-4 Standard; It has been certified in Türkak approved accrediting laboratories, that the applied paint reduces and absorbs the sound level 2.51 dB as regards to 1000Hz, when applied as a 1 mm thick layer and it reduces and absorbs the sound level 4.85 dB as regards to 1000Hz, when applied as a 2mm thick layer, in the 1/3 octave frequency band. The paint is water based. It can be manufactured in any color specified. In addition to its sound insulation properties, it is resistant to fires with its delayed flammability and non-flammability properties. It is suitable for using to reduce sound levels in any place with sound level problems.
COLOR : Can be produced in all colors.
PACKING : 18 L PE bucket. 9 - 18 m² / 1 bucket.
STORAGE : 24 months in original, unopened package, cool and dry environment

Application Type
Surface Preparation : Prior to the application, the surface should be primed with ISONEM UNIVERSAL PRIMER insulation and paint primer prepared by diluting 1: 7 ratio of water (1 part primer, 7 parts water). The liner is then allowed to dry for 4 hours.
Application Method : Easily applied by roller, brush or spray. We recommend the application with an epoxy roller in the design of unwanted interior wall applications. Then ISONEM Anti Sound Paint is applied as 1 mm or 2 mm in layers at 4-hour intervals.
